Enable the client to make an informed judgement whether or not to buy the property.

Assess what is a reasonable price to pay.

Inform the client of the condition of the property and urgent / significant matters.

The survey report is in a standard RICS format, designed to be an economical service.

Is focuses defects and problems which are urgent or significant which may have an effect on the value of the property, but includes much other valuable information and usually extends to ten or more pages.
