Jonathan Sneath FRICS,

Born in 1960, I was educated in Spalding and worked for
estate agents and Chartered Surveyors in Spalding,
Boston and Bourne, before setting up in practise on my
own in 1992. |

Fees |
|
| |
As a small limited company my overheads are low and do
not charge VAT, therefore my fees are very competitive. |
|

Homebuyer Report and Valuation |
|
| |
This is a very economic survey option. The cost varies
according to the purchase price of the property with
fees starting as low as £350 inclusive (VAT is not
payable) |

| |
Building / Structural Surveys |
|
| |
These are significantly more costly than the Homebuyer
Survey, because the reports are more detailed. The
reports are individually priced, according the
complexity of the survey and the age, size and
construction of the building. Prices start at around
£700 inclusive (VAT is not payable). Some properties are unsuitable for a Home Buyer
Survey, including Listed Buildings and some other pre
1900 properties. |

Property
Valuations |

Market Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations
are undertaken. Fees start from around £150 inclusive
(VAT is not payable). Please ask
for a quotation for a valuation that meets your
particular requirements. (Please note that a valuation
is not recommended as a substitute for a Home Buyer
Survey or a Building Survey when purchasing a property). |
